Bill-I've been a huge fan of yours for 20+ years-saw you live at the old Rose and Thistle in Winston-Salem, NC. I too was diagnosed with bipolar disorder two years ago and I went through alcohol rehab during that time. I never knew I was drinking so much to level out the moods. Glad you're back at it-I know what a daily struggle it is and it's a testament to your incredible strength and talent to have accomplished so much and provided such musical pleasure to all your fans. You're one of a kind! Best of luck and would love to see you tour the Southeast sometime soon!

last time I checked your tour schedule you were taking some time off to deal with some of the things that killed my father- Can't tell you how relieved and happy I am to see you back touring- if that's what you love doing, or need to do. Sending best wishes and peace your way.

I am a 37 year old female who adores your music! I first heard Birches around 7 years ago and when I heard your voice, it sounded like I grew up with it. It just was so familiar. I asked my Mom if she knew you and she did not. I am not from the East, grew up in the Midwest. To this day, I still cannot figure it out. Every time I listen to you, I get goosebumps...it just feels like Karma! I live in Dallas now and plan to come up for the OKC show. Glad to read that you are touring again. I travel to France often and thought about going there to see you since I rarely go east. I hope to meet you and I never have that desire. Take care!
